 Guidelines for Confessing a Sex Dream:

— Do confess the dreams that your guy is part of. He’ll like hearing that you’re thinking about him that way and, hey, it can double as dirty talk for foreplay.

— Don’t ever, ever, ever fess up to a sex dream with an ex. Unless your feelings for him are coming back (in which case, you have some more explaining to do), there’s no reason to go there and hurt your boyfriend or husband.

— Do confess any and all celeb dreams to your BFFs. Who doesn’t want to hear about the way Ryan Gosling threw you up against the wall? You lucky, lucky girl. Just limit the ones you tell your man, even if they’re funny. He probably doesn’t want to hear about your wild night with any perfect 10s, but your mysterious run-in with Conan O’Brien? Probably safe.

— Don’t be a pest about it. Just because you spilled the beans about your dream doesn’t mean that your man automatically has to now too. It is just a dream, after all!

— Do mention a sex dream to your guy and let him know that you want to try it in real life. Even if it wasn’t with him, you can pretend it was and use it as motivation to get out of a sex rut. So, you know, dream big!
